Janine Ysabel is a Filipino freelance journalist who covers science, climate change, and environmental solutions. She’s a member of the Oxford Climate Journalism Network’s inaugural cohort and was a consultant for its Global South Climate Database project with Carbon Brief. She’s received a grant from Climate Tracker and has been trained in marine reporting by the Association of Young Environmental Journalists.
