Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, photographer, author, and speaker Michael Patrick O’Neill specializes in wildlife and environmental issues. He lives in Florida and has written seven marine life books designed to encourage children to become involved in reading, writing, science, and conservation. When not making photographs, he is on the lecture circuit promoting a greater appreciation for the natural world and has had the privilege of presenting to more than 500,000 kids in schools throughout the United States.
