Aletta Harrison is a freelance journalist and filmmaker with a strong interest in stories about the relationships between people and nature. Thanks to growing up in South Africa, she has a passion for all things wild and worked in news for 12 years before moving to the United Kingdom and turning her focus to documentary projects. She teaches video and digital journalism at the University of Kent’s Centre for Journalism.
