A professional photojournalist specializing in marine wildlife since 1985, Doug Perrine is the author of seven books and has had his writing and photographs published in National Geographic, Time, BBC Wildlife, Natural History, and National Wildlife, among others. His awards include first place overall in the BBC/NHM Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition.
