Lydia Larsen is a science and environmental journalist based in Madison, Wisconsin. As a 2023 AAAS Mass Media Science and Engineering Fellow, she worked at Inside Climate News. Before starting a career in journalism, she researched how copepods (tiny aquatic crustaceans) adapt to temperature and salinity shifts caused by climate change.
